Apprendo info sulla triste giornata palermitana, alla cui Popolazione va una sincera e spontanea solidarietà, che credo sia umanamente condivisa da tutti, indistintamente. La domanda che ora mi/Vi pongo, è probabilmente quella fra le più comuni e più frequenti che siamo soliti porci un pò tutti in numerosi, altri, simili frangenti.
Una domanda di per sè innocente e nel contempo apparentemente semplice, la cui risposta, personalmente ho da ammettere che non mi è affatto chiara. Era possibile evitare tale disastro ? Non parlo della causa, poichè pur da totale incompetente in materia, giungo a presupporre e sforzandomi, forse anche un pò a comprendere, che i fenomeni “naturali” cosi particolarmente anomali, hanno un livello di scarsa prevedibilità. Ma prevenzioni in grado di limitare tali danni, a prescindere, ora a Palermo, domani altrove (speriamo di no), sono/sarebbero realizzabili ? In questa domanda, non vi è in assoluto alcuna venatura critica. Chi mi conosce sa bene che non amo perdere tempo in discussioni sterili, ma è giusto per apprendere, capire concretamente, se siamo davvero divenuti cosi fragili su questi “nostri” Territori, tanto da poter ritenere “normale” ed in totale buona fede, che le strade possano all’improvviso trasformarsi in mare ?”. Tanto che le auto siano all’improvviso imprigionate ed essere interamente coperte dall’acqua della pioggia, con la gente che nuota per le strade ? E poi continuare a trovare il professore di turno, che ancora sostiene che il clima non sia cambiato ed è sempre tutto ok ? Ci sarebbe, ragionandoci un pò, un altra domanda. Davvero, è il caso di dire, l’ultima. Chissà prima o poi come “inaspettatamente” moriremo . Ma non ve la rivolgo, non la considerate affatto, altrimenti il mio diverrebbe un post troppo macabro.
