Da tanto tempo si parla di semplificazione, ma se il risultato raggiunto è questo, tale obiettivo pare ancora tanto distante dalla sua concreta realizzazione. Il rischio di imporre continuamente alla Società, modalità comportamentali sempre più rigide, che per tanti motivi quasi mai nulla risolvono, non riuscendo a modificare sensibilmente il problema di fondo, è quello di diffondere solo un “gratuito” aggravio gestionale causato da una corposa produzione di utopie dispersive quanto complicate, rendendo difficile la vita solo a chi, già di per sè responsabile, è solito comportarsi rispettosamente innanzi ai regolamenti già esistenti, che se davvero rispettati da tutti, produrrebbero enormi vantaggi (es. Fisco, codice stradale, rapporti interpersonali, civica convivenza…).marchese del grillo

 

Il risultato di tali eccessi in generale, è infatti solito condurre ad un ulteriore accumulo di ipocrisia ed un diffuso crollo di fiducia, generando una percezione di vera e propria oppressione, in grado di aggravare addirittura la situazione esistente che si intendeva migliorare. Alcune imposizioni palesemente eccessive, generano spesso unicamente perplessità e sfiducia, ad iniziare talvolta, dalla difficoltà della loro stessa applicazione. In altre parole, più vengono determinate eccessive limitazioni, maggiore sarà il rischio che coloro che sino a prima erano correttamente ligi a tutte le osservanze, decidano di abbandonare parte del loro buon senso ed imitare proprio ciò che si voleva correggere. Un esempio fra tanti, come quando si sostiene che la Legge “è uguale per tutti”, ma quotidianamente ti accorgi di fatto, della esistenza di un contesto sociale che termina nel produrre diversi trattamenti, spesso basati sulla “peculiarità individuale” dei coinvolti, ovvero dalla loro singola, quanto personale “influenza”, incidendo sulle conclusioni, tanto da porre a secondaria importanza, il livello di gravità del pari reato commesso.
